The Enrollment Process
Joining Sarah's House is a simple and transparent journey. We look forward to welcoming your family into our home.
Submit Interest Form & Schedule a Tour
Complete our Interest Form to share your needs. We'll schedule a private tour for you to see our space and meet Sarah.
Enrollment Paperwork
Families complete enrollment paperwork and submit via the Brightwheel App. Required paperwork includes but may not be limited to; enrollment forms, health and immunization records, and emergency contact information.
Enrollment Deposit
A deposit equal to one month's tuition is required to reserve a child's enrollment space. The deposit will be credited toward your child's final month of enrollment provided families give the required notice outlined in the Withdrawal Policy outlined in the Parent Handbook.

Once documentation is complete, your child joins our family! We'll start with an orientation day to ensure a smooth transition.
Monthly Tuition
Non-Toilet Trained or Diapered Children
$1,100 a Month (Paid Monthly) or
$65 a Day (Scheduled and Paid Weekly)
Fully Toilet Trained Children
$1,050 a Month (Paid Monthly or
$60 a Day (Scheduled and Paid Weekly)
Tuition is due on the 1st work day of each month for monthly plans and the first of each quarter for quarterly plans.
Payments may be made through approved electronic payment methods, check, or other arrangements approved by Sarah's House.

Choosing childcare is one of the most important decisions your family will make. At Sarah's House, tuition reflects more than childcare, it includes a teacher-led early learning experience, individualized attention, and a nurturing environment designed to help every child build the confidence and skills they need for kindergarten and beyond.
With only 3–5 children enrolled at a time, every child receives personalized care, meaningful learning opportunities, and the benefit of learning from an experienced licensed educator.
